SERVICING
Oil and filter change — from $84.50
We drain the engine oil, replace the oil filter and refill with the correct grade for your bike. It’s the single most important job for engine life, especially on four-strokes.
Minor service — from $169
Includes an oil and filter change, air filter clean and oil, chain clean and adjust, and a full safety check of brakes, controls and fasteners. Ideal between races or every few rides to keep your bike running at its best.
Major service — from $507
Everything in a minor service, plus a coolant flush, brake fluid check, valve clearance check on four-strokes, wheel bearing and linkage inspection, and a full bolt check. We’ll report anything worn and quote you before replacing it.
Race prep — from $338
A full going-over before race day so nothing lets you down on the start line. We service the essentials, check and tension every fastener, set tyre pressures, and check the chain, brakes, controls and suspension sag.
Air filter clean and oil — from $84.50
We wash, dry and re-oil your air filter and check the airbox and seal for dirt leaks. A dirty or poorly sealed filter is one of the fastest ways to wear out an engine.
Coolant flush — from $84.50
We drain the old coolant, flush the system and refill it with fresh coolant. We also check the hoses and radiators for leaks or damage so your bike doesn’t overheat on hot days or in tight sections.
TYRES & WHEELS
Tyre change and fitment — from $84.50 per wheel
We remove the old tyre, fit your new tyre and tube, check the rim lock and set your pressures. Same-day fitting is available, so bring in the bike or just the wheels and be back riding sooner.
Puncture repair and tube replacement — from $84.50 per wheel
We find the cause of the flat, check the rim strip and tyre for damage, and fit a new tube. That way it doesn’t happen again on your next ride.
Mousse or bib fitment — from $126.75 per wheel
We fit and lubricate mousses for puncture-proof enduro and off-road riding. Mousses are tight to fit, so it’s best done with the right tools and gel.
Wheel bearing replacement — from $126.75 per wheel
We press out the old bearings and seals and fit new ones, so the wheel spins true without play. Worn bearings cause vague handling and can damage the hub if left too long.
CHAINS, BRAKES & CLUTCH
Chain and sprocket replacement — from $126.75
We fit a new chain and front and rear sprockets, then align and adjust them. Replacing them as a set gives the longest life and the smoothest power delivery.
Brake pad replacement — from $84.50 per end
We fit new pads, clean the caliper and check the disc for wear. You’ll get your stopping power and lever feel back.
Brake fluid flush and bleed — from $84.50 per end
We replace the old fluid and bleed the system to remove air, restoring a firm, consistent lever. Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, so it should be changed regularly.
Clutch replacement — from $253.50
We replace the friction plates, steels and springs as needed, check the basket and hub for notching, and adjust the cable or hydraulics. Ideal if your clutch is slipping, dragging or feels inconsistent.
ENGINE
Diagnostics — from $338
If something’s not right but you’re not sure what, we’ll assess the bike and find the cause. We then call you with what we’ve found and a quote before doing any repairs.
Carburettor clean and tune — from $253.50
We strip, clean and reassemble the carb, then set the jetting and idle to suit your conditions. This fixes poor starting, bogging and rough running.
Fuel injection service — from $169
We check the injector, fuel pump and sensors and read any fault codes. If we find a problem, we’ll call you with a quote before fixing it.
Valve clearance check and adjustment — from $253.50
We measure the valve clearances on your four-stroke and adjust or re-shim them to spec. Tight valves cause hard starting and can lead to major engine damage if ignored.
Two-stroke top end rebuild — from $422.50
We replace the piston, rings, gudgeon pin and bearing, inspect the cylinder and powervalve, and reassemble with new gaskets. It restores compression and gets your power back.
Four-stroke top end rebuild — from $676
We replace the piston and rings, inspect the cylinder, head and valves, and replace valve-train parts as needed. Timing and valve clearance setup are included on reassembly.
Gearbox and transmission inspection — from $500
We strip the engine back to inspect the gearbox, shift forks and selector. We then call you with our findings and a price for the repair.
Bottom end rebuild — from $1,014
A full engine rebuild, including the crank, main bearings and a transmission inspection. We’ll quote the parts once we’ve inspected everything.
SUSPENSION
Fork service — from $253.50
We strip the forks, replace the oil seals, dust seals and fork oil, and inspect the bushings and tubes. Fresh oil and seals restore control and stop leaks.
Shock service — from $253.50
We rebuild the rear shock with new oil, a fresh nitrogen charge and new seals as required. A tired shock makes the rear end kick and wallow, so regular servicing keeps the bike planted.
Full suspension service (front and rear) — from $422.50
Both forks and the rear shock are serviced together, so the bike is balanced front to rear. Not many workshops in the area do both in-house, and it’s one of our specialties.
Suspension revalving — from $676
We service your suspension and revalve it to suit your weight, skill level and the tracks you ride. It’s the biggest single upgrade most riders can make to how their bike handles.
Suspension setup and sag — from $84.50
We set your sag and adjust your clickers to match your weight and riding style. It’s a quick job that makes a big difference to comfort and control.
Linkage and head stem bearing service package — from $338
We strip, clean and re-grease the linkage, swingarm and head stem bearings together, replacing any that are worn. This keeps the suspension working freely and the steering precise.
OTHER SERVICES
Pre-purchase inspection — from $253.50
Buying a second-hand bike? Drop it in and we’ll assess its condition and give you a written report, so you know what you’re buying before you hand over your money.
Electrical diagnostics — from $338
We trace starting, charging and wiring faults and test the battery, stator and regulator. Once we’ve found the problem, we’ll call you with a quote before fixing it.
Graphics kit fitment — from $169 ($140 with an MX101 kit)
We clean and prep the plastics and fit your graphics kit properly, with no bubbles or lifting edges. Fitment drops to $140 when your kit is designed and printed by MX101.
Parts and accessory fitting — from $84.50
We fit bars, grips, guards, seat covers and other aftermarket parts. We’ll also tell you which upgrades are worth it for your riding.
